NAPHA had 3 members travel to southern Texas to look at the horses/tack items that were being donated. The horses/items are being sold "as is" NAPHA does not warrant any of the horses or items being sold at auction. Buyer holds harmless and releases any and all liability on NAPHA, NAPHA Board of Directors & employees. Items will be shipped at buyers expense. NAPHA will accept check or credit card within 10 days that the auction has closed.
