Cocktail Class and Party!
10 Lucky people will get a schooling in Classic Cocktail Creation! Held on a mutually agreed upon Saturday at 3pm and presented by the W owner and chef, Jon Boss, the party will learn how to create 3 classic and 2 house specialty cocktails with tastings. Once each member of the party chooses their favorite Jon Boss will pair them with his favorite small plates. The party will enjoy the outdoor western bar in the horse arena and gather around the fire pit with their libations.
The W is one of Southern Illinois most respected fine dining experiences located off the beaten path on a horse ranch. This package is for 10 people and is about a 2-hour experience. No one under 21 will be allowed to participate. A Valid ID must be presented.
