This item serves as the initiation fee for the Balboa Bay Club.
Winner must complete the full application process and is subject to applicaton, credit check, committee review, and approval. Once approved, winner will be placed on the wait list and is subject to full member terms and regulations.
2023 dues are $600 per month for family membership and are subject to change.
Interested parties should visit the club prior to bidding and speak with the Director of Membership (949.630.4353)
Please note: Balboa Bay Club will receive $16,000 of the final bid once the winner has been approved. The remaining amount after the $16,000 will benefit Newport Elementary School Foundation.
