As a lifelong animal lover, it is no surprise that the subjects of Kasey Glode's art are beloved pets. Her simplistic yet distinctive style, using grayscale watercolor markers, focuses on capturing the emotion of the subject. She hopes that through her artwork, she can create the same connectedness we feel with our pets in real life. Kasey resides in South Berwick, Maine with her two daughters, Risley and Parker, her husband, Matt, and two faithful canine companions, Fisher and Duck.
