ABOUT EQUINE REIKI

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that can help your animals {and YOU!} heal through gentle touch. “Rei” translates to “universe” or “life force,” and “ki” translates to the physical energy of the body (also known as qi); put together, Reiki translates to “universal life force energy.” Reiki can help to move + clear blocked and "stuck" energy, opening up the energy centers of the body to enhance performance, behavior, and overall vitality.

As a Reiki practitioner, Jamie uses her hands to deliver energy to your horse's body- which can help improve the flow and balance of energy to support physical + emotional healing.
Crystals + aromatherapy can be incorporated into each session, as desired.

Jamie MacKenzie, M.Ed, Reiki Master, and founder of The Metamorphosis Method™ has 22 years of teaching experience and over a decade working in the wellness profession, specifically working alongside women and mentoring them through transitional periods. Jamie offers a variety of Reiki services, including equine reiki and reiki certification programs. She also provides online wellness + business coaching, group coaching, and in-person women's circles + retreats. Jamie lives in a dreamy log home in Northeastern Massachusetts with her husband, 3 energetic children, a large flock of backyard chickens, 2 adorable rabbits, a cat who thinks she's a dog, and a rescue dog who has stole Jamie's heart.
