Winning bidder will spend an afternoon with YEMS parent Gareth learning to make homemade pizza from scratch. You will learn to make dough, stretch a pizza like the pros, make a simple pizza sauce, and perfect your pizza with your favorite toppings. He'll explain hor to use all the equipment, including a digital scale, a pizza peel, and a baking steel. All ingredients and equipment will be provided. This is a kid friendly event. Venue, date and time, to be coordinated post auction. Event can take place at Gareth's home on the UES or he can come to your home.
