• Theory of the macarons - Almond flour based cookie with ganache filling


• People enjoy a free macaron tasting in a relaxed atmosphere with our very own Parisian chefs


• Each participant will make her/his own 25 macarons! In vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio.


• Each class is taught by a French-born chef who introduces you to the fine-honed skills of pastry baking: you learn, you have fun, and you leave with your very own delicious creations! Best Baking classes in New York according to Vogue Magazine!


• Every class lasts 2-2.5 hours including preparation and baking. Sessions are limited to 6 people only which allows the chef to pay attention to everyone and take time to answer all questions!
