Looking for some individually-tailored fitness support? Look no further! Recommended by a TNLR community member, Dirty Water Fitness is offering this wonderful package.
Package Includes:
One Personal Training Evaluation - This session is not a workout and is 30 minutes in length. Winner can schedule a time (virtual or in person) to meet with a trainer and go over workout history, goals, as well as any relevant past medical history (injuries/ conditions that may affect exercise) and answer any questions.
Two 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions - After meeting for initial evaluation, schedule 2 personal training sessions with the trainer of your choice. Each session is 1 hour in length.
One Nutrition Consultation - ranges from 15-30 minutes in length, can be virtual or in person. Meet with our nutritionist for a consultation. Chat about your goals, get some tips, and see if nutrition coaching is right for you.

Dirty Water Fitness provides custom tailored, evidence-based personal training and strength & conditioning services, nutrition and small group classes.
Within their space, you can expect to find top-of-the-line strength training & conditioning equipment, gender-neutral bathrooms, hydration stations, and even some workout gear for sale.
