KIDA nurses provide community outreach to share important health information but also to provide immunizations for rural children.  

KIDA Hospital relies community outreach so the local Ugandans can learn to trust the care at the hospital.  The nurses spend weekends twice a month education the community, providing immunizations, screening for HIV and building trust.
