Have you ever wanted to make sauerkraut, kimchi, or ferment other seasonal veggies?
Join NVS parents Anna and Yafit to learn the fundamentals of transforming produce into something delicious and healthy with just some salt and a few extra ingredients.
We'll provide all the supplies you need, including fresh, locally sourced veggies, jars, weights, and toppers.
Plan for 3 hours of fun and leave with a few jars of your homemade creations and newfound confidence!
Workshop will be held on Saturday, June 3rd at a Marin location TBD.
