You and up to 10 friends can attend an Olive Oil 101 Class at O Live Brooklyn!

Olive Oil 101 explores “When, What & How” as well as the flavor characteristics and chemistry of single varietal extra virgin olive oil. We also explore the scandalous world of the olive oil business and how to identify great extra virgins. Then learn how to taste like a pro with 5 different varietals. All classes are lead by Owner/Operator Greg Bernarducci.

Light snacks & our original Southside Peach Balsamic Cocktail  and a special new cocktail developed especially for Park Slope follow the class.

No classes on Saturday or Sunday. Classes last approximately 60-90 minutes.
