Heatwise was born from an obsession with creating the ideal hot yoga experience. Throughout my adult life, the only healthy escape that ever actually allowed me to slow down, breathe easy, and feel good was hot yoga. I’ve worked hard to create a space and an experience that offers comfort, premium quality, and hopefully some levity to our otherwise stressful urban lives.
