Enjoy a 3-night stay full of family fun in the beautiful North Fork. A relaxed summer cottage that feels like a family camp. With beds for 10, 1 full bath, 2 half baths and 2 outdoor showers & room for more to sleep - this littel cottage feels big! Location across the street from the Peconic Bay, there is also a zipline, trampoline, fire pit, ping pong table, soccer, basketball hoop, and more! The house has heat and is in the hamlet of Laurel which is in Southold Township. Please note there is no AC but does have fans.

Winner is responsible for cleaning fee of $300, NOT included in bid value.
