Ugandan:

Ugandan beans (V. planifolia, Bourbon* Cured) have flavor and aroma notes of chocolate and smoke.  They have more depth than other varieties, and can shine even in chocoate desserts.  *Bourbon cured does not mean they were cured in bourbon - they were cured in a method first used on Réunion Island, an island in the Indian Ocean, previously know as Île Bourbon.

Papua New Guinea V. tahitensis:

Papua New Guinea beans' fragrance include notes of cream and caramel with an added lightness or brightness.  These are lovely in lighter applications such as fruit based desserts.  (V. tahitensis, grown in Papua New Guinea, Bourton* Cured).  *Bourbon cured does not mean they were cured in bourbon - they were cured in a method first used on  Réunion Island, an island in the Indian Ocean, previously known as  Île Bourbon.
