Douglas Laing's, "Old Particular" is a particularly unique series of individually hand-selected aged Single Cask Malts and Single Cask Grains from all over Scotland.  Each is botted exactly the way the distiller intended without colouring, or chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes - Glenrothes-Old Particular 14 Year Old 48.4% 50 cl

Nose:

Freshly toasted malt loaf with loads of butter and dried fruit, alongside raisin cookies just from the oven.

Palate:Candied giner covered in dark chocolate, cinnamon swirls sprinkled with brown sugar and fruitcake.

Finish:

Tobacco leaf supported by thick treacle, raisin, toasty oak and spice.
