VINVIVO School of Wine class for two at Scarpetta NYC.

Vinvivo', is an interactive wine class by Alessio de Sensi that provides a straightforward history of winemaking and an overview of proper verbiage and techniques that allow our senses to fully engage around what we like and what we don't like when it comes to wine. During each class, guests will sample four wines and are welcome to graze on a beautiful display of cheeses, charcuterie and accompaniments. At the finish, Scarpetta's famous Spaghetti will be served, followed by Espresso Budino for dessert. Each guest will leave with a copy of Alessio de Sensi's newly-released book, "Uncork Your Senses".
