Are you interested in meeting a certified therapy dog? Come visit a furry friend on campus and enjoy some wags, wiggles, and wonder! A therapy dog works to bring joy to all those who need it, but it takes a lot of work. Ms. Bocchino and students will learn firsthand from a therapy dog team (handler and pet) how they improve people's emotional well-being. Talk about dog communication, basic training, dog care, and go through a basic rally course with your new found companion. Up to 5 students. May or June. Timing TBD
