The SFIWC is one of the largest—and most influential—wine competitions. Now celebrating its 39th year, it’s one of the oldest international wine competitions in the world. 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicately floral, grape, apple and lush tropical fruit.

Flavor: Vibrant, rich and aromatic early summer pears, wild red berries, muscat grapes.

Pairing:  Uni, lobster, pata negra iberico ham, parmigiano reggiano, ingredients with strong umami.

Dessert Paring: tiramisu, chocolate fondant, crème brûlée.
