Join Anna Mills, a big nature lover who really enjoys looking closely at everything and making up games with kids, and her daughter Elena (Rainbow Room) for a day in Nature!

We will wander and picnic as we discover the delights of SF's hidden urban Alemany Farm (alemanyfarm.org), tucked into South Bernal Heights on a 2-3 hour excursion.

We will check out climbing trees, forage, play hide and seek and have a snack picnic with special treats. As we hike around (in a leisurely way) kids will get to see the many kinds of veggies and fruit that can grow here as well as native plants and creatures, a pond, a stream. We can also stop by nearby St. Mary's Playground if kids are interested.
