Visit Eatwell Farm, a family-run, organic CSA farm in Dixon, with Caden’s (Star room) family.  We will start our visit with a short, guided walk on the farm with the owner, where we will learn a little about what is growing in the fields and harvest a few things.  Then, we will gather at the amazing earth-covered farmhouse for a class on cooking together as a family, during which we will prepare lunch using the produce we harvested on our walk.  We will enjoy the delicious, fresh lunch that we prepared together.

Mother-nature-dependent (it’s been a weird year for weather!), we will get to eat sun-warmed strawberries in the fields. There will also be plenty of opportunities to explore the farm, visit the chickens, and generally get dirty in the fresh air.
