West Bev presents, "My Palate, Your Hands"; an interactive, hands-on cocktail-making experience that teaches you how to build, stir, and shake a cocktail. Participants will learn five primary balances that give a cocktail structure and tension. You will also learn how to make a few favorite classics as well as broaden your ideas to new flavor combinations. And there may be a few surprises along the way!

Your cocktail experience is donated by West Bev and led by Founding Partner Christopher Longoria. West Bev is a West Coast beverage consulting team that specializes in creating bespoke cocktail programs, spirit curation, and bar design. Christopher has been the Bar Director for restaurant groups such as Aziza, Acquerello, and Che Fico, and has recently completed a project with 3 Michelin Star Chef Dominique Crenn. He is a San Francisco Chronicle Bar Star and was recognized as Best Creative Cocktails by the SF Bay Guardian.

"The My Palate, Your Hands" experience is best suited for a group of up to 6 people, and will be hosted at the home of Alamo family, Cheryl and Jason Shaeffer. Appetizers will be served.
