This is a 'lil scale replica  of the Rescue Armor Helmet:The Mark XLIX.  The Mark 49 (Mark XLIX), also known as the Rescue Mark I, is Tony Stark's forty-ninth Iron Man Armor designed for Pepper Potts.

There is a switch inside the helmet to light up the eyes.
