If the winning bidder is not present at the event, they will have the option to either pick up their item in-person at EBCAP, 19 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840, or pay for certified mail return receipt requested. When applicable, multiple items will be packaged together.
Certificate is for a one-night stay in the Sunset King Room, mid-week during the off season months excluding holidays. Off-season is from October 16 - April 30, Sunday through Thursday. Certificate is non-transferrable and has no cash value.
