Special Instructions
If the winning bidder is not present at the event, they will have the option to either pick up their item in-person at EBCAP, 19 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840, or pay for certified mail return receipt requested. When applicable, multiple items will be packaged together.
Each pass is valid for one visit at any one mansion, excluding Hunter House.
Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold. No expiration date.
