Wings Gymnastics is the most comprehensive recreational gymnastics program available in Memphis, serving Midtown and surrounding areas since 1987. Wings Gymnastics provides a warm and encouraging environment in which to learn gymnastics, cheerleading or power tumbling without the pressures of competition.

Recreational classes for 2.5-14 year olds teaches skills on bards, balance beam, floor, vault, mini-tramp, and stretching. Students develop flexibility, strength, coordination & confidence which promote physical, mental and personal growth, as well as, healthy habits for the future.
