Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2023, RibFest returns to the Vetter Stone Amphitheater in beautiful Old Town Mankato August 3-6. The four-day fest will once again feature the best ribs from across the country, and the finest in regional and national musical entertainment. This year, RibFest will be delivered to Mankato in partnership with presenting sponsor, Volk Transfer, who are also celebrating a milestone in 2023, having served the region for 75 years.
