No cash value and can only be redeemed for orthodontic treatment.  If the required treatment is valued less than $5485, there is no cash redemption on the difference. You may upgrade to Invisalign for $1500, payable directly to McComb Orthodontics. 

The certificate is good for one patient to be used between date of issue and September 2029, but to remain valid, you must come in for initial consultation by September 1, 2023.
