One Hour Pilates & Gyrotonic Session

Itegrative Elements is a Pilates and GYROTONIC studio located in Mar Vista. Owner, Deandra Hite, has created a peaceful and private environment in the comfort of a home setting. The studio is equipped with a Balanced Body Pilates Reformer and a GYROTONIC Pulley Tower. Sessions may combine Pilates and GYROTONICS, as well as elements of yoga and bodywork. 

Deandra has been teaching Pilates and GYROTONIC® for over 15 years, having completed her Pilates training with Marie-Jose Blom and her GYROTONIC® training with Lisa-Marie Goodwin Rice. She was initially drawn to Pilates and GYROTONIC® as a dancer seeking supplemental conditioning. Deandra’s desire to teach grew out of her love for these progressive forms of exercise, both of which resemble dance in their emphasis on technique and fluid movement. Her attention to proper bio-mechanics as well as her extensive knowledge of the body make her a unique teacher in her field. Her instructional focus is to create proper alignment and muscular balance in clients’ bodies through tailored workout sessions. She is also a Certified Massage Therapist and an avid yoga practitioner, having completed an in depth yoga teacher training under Saul David Raye.
