RESTRICTIONS

• Spirit Airlines flight tickets expire 02/28/2024.




• All travel must be completed by the expiration date, and vouchers must be redeemed at least 15 days before departure. 




• Modifications are permitted once the itinerary is booked.




• All applicable taxes and fees are the traveler's responsibility, starting at $5.60 (USD) per segment per person. (Taxes and fees based on the destination).




• Restrictions apply on peak travel dates, holidays, and flights to specific destinations based on inventory availability of 15 or more seats.  Seats may be limited during these times, so please be flexible with your travel plans.




• Limited to cities served for originating city as indicated on Spirit.com




• Ticket vouchers are NOT transferable and will become null and void upon any attempted sale, barter, or other transfer.




• Terms and conditions are subject to change.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
-Bidder is responsible for the shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be billed at our discounted industry rate based on the winner’s shipping code.
-If the bidder prefers shipment by USPS, the DRI Foundation is not responsible or liable if the item is lost or stolen.
