Come relax at our beautiful mountain home! We have 27 acres to explore and enjoy. Our backyard is equipped with a playground and a fire pit. We have a private swimming pond with a sandy beach. Our deck boasts a propane grill and a beautiful view!

Our mid-century home was recently updated but maintains its 1960’s charm. We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Our basement includes a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar. There is space for everyone!

We border NYS land which has endless hiking trails and opportunities and chances to encounter beautiful Catskills wildlife. The area is great for kayaking, fishing, and skiing. We are 15 minutes from Belleayre Ski Mountain! The house is a 7 minute drive to the town of Margaretville.

Your stay is subject to house availability. Please be mindful of our current calendar and dates that are already booked/reserved.

Winner must also pay $200 cleaning fee which goes directly to our cleaning crew. Our house manual will be shared with the winners which includes recommendations, information on the house, and house rules.
