Bergerac Bistro, on Woodstock in SE Portland, is led by Chef Joris Barbaray and specializes in the cuisine of the Perigord, such as duck confit, foie gras, wild-harvested mushrooms and small-batch cheeses.

Chef Barbaray respects--and highlights--the similarities between the climate and wines of La Dordogne and the Pacific Northwest, and is inspired by locally sourced ingredients full of flavor.
