Maria has twenty-five years of experience teaching foreign languages in the USA and internationally. At present, she is pursuing graduate studies in ESL & Bilingual Education at the Northern Arizona University and the Licence en Lettres at the University of Rennes 2, France.

In France, Maria lived and worked in Nice, Angers, and Rennes for almost eight years where she worked in professional development for teachers of FLE. Maria speaks French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, and started Arabic last year.

The conversation time is to be arranged through the Alliance for a mutually agreeable date and held via Zoom; use by April 29, 2024.
