This work came out of Art Day's River Workshop. Parents, the artist, C.J. Chueca, and children all worked together throughout the day to create this piece, of which this item is a piece.

This collaborative multimedia installation workshop will be facilitiated by artist C.J. Chueca in collaboration with the Sugar Hill Children's Museum of Art and Storytelling. Join us for this hands-on workshop where the artist introduces participants to the metaphor of rivers as used in her work. Using large scale models, we will explore the ideas of migration, shared traditions and transformation. A variety of materials will be provided.
