Located in Cordillera community off of Hwy 259A, the cabin is nestled in the woods and provides a serene escape from everyday life. Enjoy the beauty of nature on one of the many hiking trails, fly fish in the river, or rent a boat or jet ski.

Cabin features: 2 king beds, 1 queen size murphy bed in loft, 1 sofa bed in loft, a fire pit, hot tub, and back porch with a gas fireplace.

Check in early, check out late! 

Restrictions:

1) Dates to be agreed upon between auction winner and owner between Sept. 1, 2023 - April 1, 2024 (blackout dates apply, including Thanksgiving, Spring Break, and Easter).

2) Cleaning fee of $150 extra and not included in final auction price.

3) No pets, no smoking, no events allowed

4) Minimum rental age 25, maximum occupancy 8.

5) Must present certificate to book.
