The loading series is a barrel aged experiment aimed to marry various flavors and nuances. We started with a tart and salty gose ale then added it to freshly dumped gin oak barrels for 3 months. The best barrels were hand picked and separated into 4 versions all with different additions handpicked to highlight different notes already present.
