Scoreboard message details:

Birthday messages are displayed during the end of the 3rd inning and middle of the 4th inning, and other messages are displayed during the middle of the 5th inning and end of the 5th inning. Scoreboard messages are shown on the right-centerfield sideboard below the Flexcon Landing. (Note that this is NOT on the videoboard in left field.)
