Artist bio:  

Wes Berg is an artist working in Cleveland, Ohio.  His works capture moments of visual curiosity. Through a questioning of flat and perspectival space, an exploration of delicate line weights and tension, each piece is a pause in time -- a suspension of belief. The work explores architecture and design in a world of washes, line and shadow.  Each piece is playful and boldly simplified, intended to be sparse of material, deep in spatial construction, and light in mood. 

Berg received an MFA from the University of Florida and BFA from Miami University (OH).  He has had artist residencies in Iceland, Finland, Sweden, Spain, New Zealand, Santa Fe, and Vermont. 

Berg is currently a represented artist with Adah Rose Gallery (D.C. metro area).
