Notes of vanilla and warm and bright citrus fruit. There is a ton of weight on the palate, with
medium to high viscosity. The acid is bright with hints of baking spice and vanilla shining
through from the barrels. Sweet taste lingers.

On the nose, expect aromas of nectarine, lime and grapefruit, with subtle hints of honeysuckle
and occasionally beeswax. On the palate, a weighty mid-palate and mouth-watering acidity that
finishes with salinity and sometimes a subtle bitter note.
