YMCA swim lessons prepare kids of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong swimmers and confident kids. Lessons are available for individuals 6 months to adult. You are never too old to learn to swim.

Swim lesson sessions include four 30-minute lessons.
Skills are taught progressively, allowing swimmers to learn to swim safely while developing confidence in the water.
Instructors will assess your swimmer at their first lesson, to build on the skills already gained.
You can also attend Sea Where You're At Saturdays (Swim Skill Assessments) to have an instructor assess your swimmer's skills, practice for the Swim Test, see if you have what it takes to be a lifeguard and more!
