Located on historic Mare Island, Savage & Cooke welcomes you to visit the distillery where you can experience first-hand the incredible history of the island, state-of-the-art distillery, and beautiful tasting room. Open by appointment Wednesday through Sunday from 11am-5pm.

The restaurant at Savage and Cooke serves up Blanchard’s famous fried chicken and soulful southern sides that pair exceptionally well with our curated craft cocktails. The menu, designed by Master Sommelier and Kentucky Colonel Chris Blanchard, focuses on southern fare and many of the selections are family recipes perfected over generations. Chef Tatiana Abrea is at the heart of the kitchen and oversees each and every meal that is served at the distillery.
