Diora Sparkling Brut Rose: This 2018 Sparkling Rose is produced in the traditional Methode Champenoise style that signifies a higher level of quality. Aromas and flavors of wild strawberries mingle with other red fruit notes in this complex sparkling wine.  Grapes for this Sparkling Rose are a classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which creates a French-style pale, blush color.  Enjoy with classic quiche Lorraine, chocolate-dipped strawberries or on its own as the center of attention!  One (1) bottle.

Diora is the culmination of a thirty-year vineyard-to-bottle journey at the Santa Lucia Highlands and our family-owned San Bernabe estate in Monterey. Specific blocks at San Bernabe were replanted in the early 1990s in a unique wind orientation to allow the vines to thrive off Monterey Bay’s cool ocean breezes and thicken the skins to heighten the luscious, round textures on the palate. The elevated positioning of the Santa Lucia Highlands helps produce Diora’s underlying structure and mouth-coating texture.
