At Metta Yoga, experienced and diverse teachers curate a physically vigorous asana flow paired with spirituality and mental grounding. Founders Amy and Rachael created Metta Yoga to bring a boutique, community-focused yoga studio to Marin that is edgy and fun, yet still deeply rooted in yogic tradition.

In the spirit of metta, or "loving kindness", we created a beautiful space for our community to come together and explore the practice of yoga – both on and off the mat. We hope that Metta Yoga inspires you to live vibrantly, compassionately, and joyfully.
