Have you always wanted to make Challah, but never got around to it? 

In this cooking class, we will teach you how to make your challah dough (either with a mixer or by hand, as you prefer) and plait beautiful variations on the traditional braid (1-8 strands, round etc).

We will then proceed to bake the challah together and send you home with your delicious loaves, plus a recipe you'll be able to prepare over and over again on your own.

Challah is a beautiful loaf of braided bread that appears on the table of every Jewish household, all over the world, for Shabbat and the high holidays. Every week, during a ceremony called kiddush, we give thanks to God for the Creation blessing a glass of wine and two loaves of challah, which are then shared among family and friends.
