Kimberly Blanchard is an IFC* Certified Professional Coach and Cross-Cultural Leadership Consultant. Her work inside organizations over the past two decades has focused on multi-cultural team development and leveraging diversity for the benefit of individuals and teams across cultures. In the last twenty years Kimberly has helped over 10,000 leaders be more effective across cultures. She has traveled to well over 60 countries and facilitated cultural diversity trainings in over 40 countries and in diverse international organizations. Her clients have included Cisco, Citi, Discovery, Exxon Mobil, Lego, the LVMH companies, the NBA, GSK, Novartis, and Oracle.

Kimberly is also a motivational speaker, writer, Reiki Master, an ICF-certified Executive Coach, and a world traveler having lived over half of her adult life in Germany, Italy and Jordan. She has coached, trained and led groups of over 500 people including C-suite executives, teenagers and refugees, and has conducted her workshops and presentations in over 40 countries.

Kimberly speaks frequently on topics such as Leading Global Teams, Global Leadership, Virtual Team Leadership and Multinational Team Building. In addition she has led hundreds of talks for expatriates to assist them in successful integration and effectiveness while on assignment.
