Barbara Gordon has been making art for as long as she can remember. She graduated from Cornell University with a BFA in painting, and from Boston University with an MFA in studio teaching. She taught art in one way or another, including over 30 years in public elementary schools, until her retirement in June 2023. She works in her studio in Foxborough, MA.
"Pink and Yellow" is from a series of paintings inspired by the artist's extremely unmanicured and wild flower gardens.
