Online bidding for this item CLOSES WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST, AT 5PM. Final bidding will take place in-person during the LIVE AUCTION event on Saturday, November 4th. If you're unable to attend the live auction, you can leave a "high bid" amount online (no later than November 1st, 5pm EST) and the auctioneer will represent your bid during the live event.


Steven Wiseman is a retired mechanical contractor with a lifetime hobby of woodworking. He started woodturning about twenty-five years ago and immediately fell in love with the medium. It continued as a hobby until his retirement almost eight years ago. Wiseman became devoted to turning by creating wood works and learning to teach and promote the process. His work has been exhibited at the Fuller Craft Museum, AAM, South Shore Art Center and Arnold Arboretum. Wiseman teaches woodturning and has a gallery and workshop in his home in Norton, MA.


This lot is for one, 4-hour woodturning lesson with artist Steven Wiseman in his studio workshop, located in Norton, MA. Open to all levels – no art experience necessary. All art materials are included. Buyers should bring a smock and eye protection with them to the lesson.

 The Bidding Increments are as follows:


   $1-99, the bidding increment is $5


   $100-199, the bidding increment is $10


   $200-499, the bidding increment is $20


   $500-999, the bidding increment is $50


   $1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100


 


This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 8th – 11th, 2023. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
