• No expectant mothers or children under five years old.


• No drones, coolers, full-face snorkel masks or aerosol sunscreen allowed onboard.


• Snorkel locations and destinations are always weather permitting.


• Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows are subject to a 1005 charge of full fare.


• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour is subject to a late reschedule fee.


• Gift certificate is non-refundable, no cash value.
