Enjoy $50 worth of delicious food at Verde Hawaii's New Mexican Restaurant.
Verde Restaurant is Kauai's first opportunity to taste a blend of authentic New Mexican-style food with a twist of Hawaiian fusion using local ingredients.

Maris Scarbo, owner, says: "Verde has become known for offering fresh, healthier, sustainable alternatives of Mexican food. We use locally grown cilantro, jalapeños, greens, avocados and limes, as well as local, grass-fed Kauai beef. We also collaborate with other local businesses such as Pineapple Ginger Beer from Aloha Ginger Beer, Vegan Crumble from Ki Kauai Organics, Tomoe Honey for our honey, and coffee from Kauai Roastery."
Verde Restaurant has created a variety of tortillas made on-site from local grown products. Currently, their furikake, ulu (breadfruit), uala (sweet purple potato) haupia and flour tortillas are available online and in the restaurant in packages of 12 tortillas. Their pala'a (kabocha squash), ginger spice beet, and roasted hatch green chile tortillas are available seasonally.
