This gently used Manhattan Mutts carry bag is for a small dog.  There is not size indication on the bag but I'm assuming less than 15#.  There is a window on the side for your pup to peak out as well as the zipper top allows your pups head to view the world.   It is 16" wide and 12" tall.  The bottom measures 17" x 8".  Perfect for your small pup!
