Beautifully crafted in a custom design, this gorgeous ring is in 18 karat yellow gold and features a facetted stone in a greenish light blue. This one-of-a-kind ring weighs 8.6 grams including the stone and fits a ring size 4 1/2. Inside the band is etched with 18K.
